Carolyn has worked for over 20 years with organisations to create sustainable and diversified revenue streams, increasing engagement with partners, customers, employees and volunteers. The past 10 years Carolyn has specialized in working with businesses to design, frame and train customer experience into businesses.
At the heart, Carolyn wants all our interactions to be worthy of sharing – helping businesses create positive, memorable interactions with their customers delivering a superior experience and driving loyalty and growth. A graduate of the AICD and an Associate in the exclusive Net Promoter Score. She is a facilitator, lecturer and public speaker on driving customer centricity into organisations and speaks and trains on Customer/Patient Journey Mapping, Leadership, Branding and Employee Engagement.
Carolyn is currently a director with the Bendigo Community Bank, and was a committee member for Mater Little Miracles and Samford Show Society for 10 years. She is an active Mentor for Growth with the Qld State Government. Carolyn is an ongoing student of human behaviour with a Commerce and Arts degree and is currently pursuing studies in Behavioural Science.
